Restaurant Business Online have recently announced a ranking system of the best chain restaurants in America. Their complete list show both a financial performance rank and a value rank, that takes menu prices into account.
But when it comes to word-of-mouth recommendations there is just one true parameter, that determines whether we will recommend a restaurant to friends and family: Customer Satisfaction. Or simply put, did the customer leave the restaurant happy and satisfied, or not?
